By using allinonevideodownload.com (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Parv Gupta (“we”, “us”), a sole proprietor based in India, at D11/706, Platinum Heights, Sector-77, Faridabad, Haryana, India.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a set of free, general-purpose web tools that let you retrieve media from a public URL you supply, convert audio, produce transcripts, and summarize documents you upload. It is a tool that acts on your instruction, in the same sense that a browser or a media player does.

We do not host, store, index, catalogue, search, recommend or distribute any media. Nothing is retrieved until you supply a link, and we keep no library of what has been retrieved. We are not the source of the content and we have no relationship with the platforms it comes from.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where local law requires it, to use the Service. By using it you confirm you meet that requirement and that you are not barred from doing so under any applicable law.

3. Your responsibilities — the important clause

You are solely responsible for what you submit to the Service and for what you do with the output. Before you download or convert anything, you must have the right to do so. You confirm each time you use the Service that:

• You own the content, or the rights holder has permitted your use, or the content is public domain, or the licence attached to it permits what you are doing.
• Your use complies with the terms of service of the platform the content came from — those terms bind you separately from copyright law, and many of them restrict downloading.
• Your use complies with all applicable laws, including copyright, data protection and export laws in your jurisdiction.

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out prohibited uses in detail. Breaching it ends your right to use the Service.

4. What we do not permit

• Using the Service to infringe copyright or any other intellectual property right.
• Attempting to retrieve private, age-restricted, paywalled or members-only content, or to circumvent any technical protection or access control.
• Automated or bulk use — scripts, scrapers, crawlers or any process that submits requests at a rate a person could not — without our written permission.
• Reselling, sublicensing, framing or rebranding the Service, or building a commercial product on top of it, without our written permission.
• Anything that interferes with the Service: probing for vulnerabilities, overwhelming it with traffic, or degrading it for other users.
• Uploading malware, or content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in ours.

5. Availability, and the absence of any promise about it

The Service is free and provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any given link will work: platforms change how they serve media frequently, and some break the tools until we catch up. We may apply rate limits or file-size limits to keep the Service usable for everyone.

In particular, we make no promise that a download will succeed, that a transcript will be accurate, or that a summary will be complete or correct. See the Disclaimer.

6. Third-party content and advertising

The Service is funded by advertising, and pages carry advertisements and sponsored recommendations supplied by third parties. We do not control and do not endorse those advertisements or the sites they lead to, and any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them. If you see an advertisement here that is misleading or inappropriate, please report it to support@allinonevideodownload.com — we do act on those reports.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself — its software, design, text and guides — belongs to Parv Gupta and is protected by copyright. You may not copy or reuse substantial parts of it without permission. Media you retrieve through the Service belongs to whoever owns it; we claim no rights in it and grant you none.

Third-party names and trademarks on this Site are used only descriptively. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X, Vimeo or any other platform.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe the Service has been used to infringe your copyright, our Copyright & DMCA policy sets out how to send a notice and what happens next. We act on valid notices and we terminate access for repeat infringers.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parv Gupta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for loss of data, profits, revenue or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to it is limited to INR 1,000.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Parv Gupta against any claim, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of anyone else’s rights — most obviously a claim brought by a rights holder over something you downloaded.

11. Suspension and termination

We may block access, at our discretion and without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy have been breached, where continued access would expose us to legal risk, or where use is degrading the Service for others.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “last reviewed” date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights we will show a notice on the Site.
