Privacy Policy
How Parv Gupta handles personal data on allinonevideodownload.com — written to be read rather than to be survived.
Last reviewed: 10 August 2026
This policy explains what happens to information when you use allinonevideodownload.com (the “Site”). The controller of that information is Parv Gupta, registered in India, D11/706, Platinum Heights, Sector-77, Faridabad, Haryana, India. Questions and requests go to privacy@allinonevideodownload.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us by using the tools
- Links you paste. A URL you submit is sent to our server so it can be fetched. It is used for that request and is not stored in any profile, log of downloads, or history attached to you.
- Files you upload for summarizing, transcribing or audio extraction. These are written to a temporary working directory, processed, and deleted once your result has been delivered. They are not retained, indexed, reviewed by staff, or used to train any model of ours.
- Emails you send us. If you write to any of our addresses, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and to keep a record of how it was resolved.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs — IP address, the time of the request, the page or endpoint requested, browser user-agent and referring page. These are standard web-server records, used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults, and are kept for up to 30 days.
- Analytics — aggregate measurement of which pages are visited, from which country, on which type of device, via Google Analytics 4. IP addresses are truncated before storage and reporting is aggregate.
- Advertising identifiers — cookies and similar identifiers set by our advertising partners, described in section 4.
What we deliberately do not collect
We do not ask for or hold names, postal addresses, dates of birth, government identifiers or payment details, because nothing on the Site requires them. There are no user accounts and no passwords. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising outside the advertising partner arrangements disclosed in section 4.
2. Why we process it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis (UK/EU GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Running the tools you asked for | Links, uploaded files, IP address | Performance of a contract / legitimate interests |
| Security, abuse and rate-limit enforcement | Server logs, IP address | Legitimate interests |
| Understanding which pages are used | Analytics cookies, truncated IP | Consent |
| Advertising and content recommendations | Advertising cookies and identifiers | Consent |
| Answering your emails | Your message and address | Legitimate interests |
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers below, each of which is contractually limited to processing it for the purpose stated:
Google Analytics 4
Google LLC
Aggregate traffic measurement — which pages are visited, from which country, on which type of device.
Data involved: Truncated IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, approximate location.
Advertising partners
Our display advertising and content-recommendation partners
Selecting and measuring the ads and sponsored recommendations shown on the site, and limiting how often you see the same one.
Data involved: Cookie or device identifier, pages viewed on this site, approximate location, ad interactions.
OpenAI
OpenAI, L.L.C.
Producing the summary when you use the Document Summarizer. Text extracted from your uploaded file is sent to OpenAI to generate the summary and the result is returned to your browser.
Data involved: Text extracted from the document you upload.
Hostinger International Ltd
Hostinger International Ltd
Hosting the servers that run this website and process your requests.
Data involved: IP address and standard web-server request logs.
We will also disclose information where we are legally required to — a valid court order, binding law-enforcement request, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or to protect the safety of a person.
4. Advertising on this Site
This Site is free and is funded by advertising. Our advertising partners and content-recommendation partners may set cookies or read device identifiers in your browser in order to select which advertisements and sponsored recommendations to show you, to limit how often you see the same one, and to measure whether an advertisement was effective. This is commonly called interest-based or personalised advertising.
- Those partners are separate controllers of the data they collect through their own cookies. Their handling of it is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
- They may combine what they observe here with data gathered on other websites in order to infer interests. We do not receive that profile and we cannot see it.
- We never pass a link you pasted, a file you uploaded, or the content of either, to an advertising partner.
How to refuse interest-based advertising
- Use the cookie preferences available on this Site to withdraw consent for advertising cookies at any time.
- Industry opt-out tools: YourAdChoices (DAA), NAI opt-out, and Your Online Choices (EU).
- Turn off Google’s personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- On mobile, reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device’s privacy settings.
Opting out stops advertising being tailored to you. It does not remove advertising — you will still see ads, they will simply be less relevant.
5. Cookies
The full inventory of cookie categories, what each one is for, and how to control them is on the Cookie Policy page. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; strictly necessary cookies aside, the Site works without them.
6. How long we keep things
- Uploaded files and downloaded media: deleted as soon as the request completes.
- Pasted links: not retained after the request is served.
- Server logs: up to 30 days, then deleted.
- Analytics: aggregate data retained up to 14 months.
- Email correspondence: up to 24 months after the matter is closed.
- Copyright notices and related records: up to 3 years, as we may need them as evidence.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have some or all of the following rights: to access the personal data we hold about you; to have it corrected; to have it deleted; to restrict or object to how we use it; to receive it in a portable form; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and disclosed, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Because the advertising described in section 4 may qualify as “sharing” under the CCPA/CPRA, treat withdrawing advertising-cookie consent, or the opt-out links above, as your opt-out mechanism. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any right, email privacy@allinonevideodownload.com. We acknowledge within 72 hours and respond within 30 days. Because we hold no account for you, we may need details such as the approximate time of your visit to locate any records at all — and in many cases the honest answer will be that we hold nothing identifying you.
8. International transfers
Our servers are located in the European Union. Some providers named in section 3 are based in the United States, so using the Site may involve transferring data there. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.
9. Children
This Site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that threshold), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. We do not serve advertising targeted at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to privacy@allinonevideodownload.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Uploaded files are held in isolated temporary directories and removed after processing. Access to servers is restricted to key-based authentication for a small number of administrators. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — which is another reason the Site is designed to hold as little as possible in the first place.
11. Do Not Track
Browsers send Do Not Track signals inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring them, so we do not rely on them. We do honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a withdrawal of consent to advertising cookies where your browser sends one.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the “last reviewed” date at the top of the page, and for any change that materially affects your rights we will show a notice on the Site. This policy was last reviewed on 10 August 2026.
