Who operates this site

This website is owned and operated by Parv Gupta, a sole proprietor based in India, at D11/706, Platinum Heights, Sector-77, Faridabad, Haryana, India. It is a small, self-funded operation rather than a venture-backed one, which is why the tools are deliberately narrow and why the site is supported by advertising rather than subscriptions.

For anything at all — a bug, a question, a copyright notice, a press enquiry — write to support@allinonevideodownload.com. A person reads that inbox monday to saturday, 9am – 7pm ist, and the contact page lists the specific address for each type of request.

What the tools do

• Video downloader. Paste a public video link and the server reads the formats the platform is offering, so you can choose a resolution and save the file. Higher resolutions arrive as separate video and audio streams and are merged before the file reaches you.
• Audio extraction. Pull the audio track out of a video and encode it as a 192 kbps MP3 — useful for lectures, talks and podcasts published only as video.
• Transcription. Turn speech into text using a Whisper-family speech recognition model, with a fast mode and a slower, more accurate mode.
• Document summarizer. Upload a PDF, DOCX, TXT or Markdown file and get a structured summary with key points.

Why we built it

The tools grew out of an ordinary irritation. Recovering your own upload from a platform, keeping a copy of a conference talk you were in, or getting a rough transcript of an interview should be a two-minute job. Instead the search results for these tasks are dominated by sites layered in pop-ups and fake download buttons, several of which are actively hostile to the person using them.

We wanted the boring version: one page, one input, no account, no fake buttons, no countdown timers, and no dark patterns designed to make you click an advert believing it is the download. The site carries ads because that is what pays for the servers, but the ads are labelled and kept out of the way of the thing you came to do.

Limits we put on the service deliberately

A tool like this can be built to respect the boundaries platforms and creators set, or to route around them. We chose the first, and these limits are not oversights:

• We do not retrieve private, age-restricted or members-only content, and we do not circumvent technical access controls. If content is gated, the gate holds.
• We do not host, index, catalogue or recommend any media. There is no library here and no search — the site has nothing until you paste a link, and nothing after you leave.
• We do not keep the files. Processing happens in a temporary directory that is deleted once your download completes.
• We act on valid copyright notices, and we end access for anyone using the service to infringe. See our Copyright & DMCA policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

How the site is funded

Advertising, and nothing else. We do not sell user data, we do not operate an affiliate arrangement that would give us a reason to steer you anywhere, and there is no paid tier. Ad placements are marked as advertising and are never styled to resemble the download button. What the advertising partners collect, and how you can refuse it, is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Editorial policy

The guides on this site are written in-house by the people who build and support the tools. They are not sponsored, no advertiser has any say in what they contain, and we do not accept payment for links or placements within them. Where we describe a limitation of our own service — transcription accuracy, audio quality loss on conversion, platforms we cannot support — we describe it as it is rather than as we would prefer it to be. If you find something inaccurate, tell us at support@allinonevideodownload.com and we will correct it and note the correction.
